Development plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the photographs.
Additionally contained in this recent image release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling different parts of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, such as plans for boat shelters.
Further images released as part of the current congressional disclosure.
